It’s been just over four months since we launched Soulcrafting and started building this community of creators, teachers, and hands-on learners. The first few months have been extraordinary and we’re grateful and humbled by all of the support we’ve received.
We’ve also been blown away by how this community has grown and evolved - first in Boulder and now increasingly from our new home in Denver. We owe much of this recent growth to the amazing Courtney O’Rourke, who joined our team last month while also still writing at Make. Taste. Muse. More than any other person we’ve met, Courtney gets the promise of Soulcrafting and the potential to build the world’s largest hands-on learning and teaching community.
In that spirit of community, we’re thrilled to announce the first edition of our Soulcrafting Open Studio series. Starting this month, we’ll be taking you behind the scenes and into the workspaces of some of our favorite Soulcrafting creators. You’ll get to appreciate the artists, see how and where they work, and enjoy delicious food, great wine, and superb company.
It’s only fitting that Elke Bergeron - who led our first ever Soulcrafting experience - will be our host for the evening. Elke’s Boulder studio is a labor of love and her work, as you know, is exquisite. Thank you, Elke, for sharing your space and your work with us and for being such an important part of Soulcrafting.
To help us pull the evening together, Will, Coral, and the team at Cured will be treating everyone to a picnic-style dinner in Elke’s backyard. Cured recently launched a new catering business and we're excited to experience Cured in the beautiful Boulder outdoors.
Finally, we plan to keep this event (and all of our Open Studio dinners) relatively small and invitation only(ish) but do want to make a handful of spots available on a first come, first served basis. If you’d like to join us, tickets cost $30 and you can purchase them here.
We’ll see you on the 31st!
