Hands-on Education- Work alongside Upslope's lead technical brewer, Nate Luebbe to uncover the fundamentals to become a homebrewing expert. Nate will join you and your friends in your home, equipped with the raw materials, skill and knowledge to help you kickstart your homebrewing mastery.
An Expert Resource - Your homebrewing experience doesn't end when your session is up. Work with Nate to customize your homebrew learning over a course of several sessions. Learn as you brew, brew as you learn.
The Art of Homebrew with Upslope's Nate Luebbe
Description - Master the equipment, ingredients, recipes and techniques to become an expert homebrewer. In this five-hour session, Nate will guide you through the essential stages of all grain brewing:
- Intro - overview of equipment, recipes, and ingredients.
- Brew - fermentation, proper heating methods, ratios.
- Taste - once you've bottled, and your brew is ready, work with Nate to review the flavor profiles and explore new recipes.
Cost - $250 for group sizes of up to 4 people. $50 for each additional person, up to 6.
Includes one 5 hour session. Ingredients and equipment are an additional cost, and will vary depending on the type of beer you decide to brew.
Minimum of 4, maximum of 6 people per session.

About Nate Luebbe and Upslope Brewing
Brewing was always a natural fit for Nate Luebbe. Drawing on past professional experience as both a chef and a research scientist allowed Nate to fully explore both the art and the science of brewing great beer. He is now the lead technical brewer for Upslope Brewing Company and is a member of the Master Brewers Association of the Americas and the American Society of Brewing Chemists. Brewing is both a hobby, passion and career for Nate and he couldn't be happier to share his craft with you!
