About Lizzy
From Lizzy:
My name is Lizzy Wolff, baker, dessert caterer, and blogger over at Lizzy Pancakes. I bake because it brings me to my happy place. I mean, what’s better than feeding people delicious desserts you’ve made yourself? I always dreamed of being creative for a living and baking is a great way of achieving that goal.
Over at my blog, I’ve spent the last four years teaching, sharing recipes, but most of all, learning. I have a passion for making those seemingly complicated baking skills possible for anyone who wants to learn. I didn’t go to culinary school, I learned everything I know in my own kitchen and I’m here to tell you: No one is good at this stuff on the first try. All you need is a few hints and techniques and you’ll be making beautiful desserts in no time!
