About Cliff Whitehouse
After decades of studying and working in Japan, Europe and Indonesia, Cliff Whitehouse returned to Denver, Colorado and began crafting client-informed pieces of furniture at Bernwood Custom Design.
Soulcrafting, to me, is about asking the "why" of a piece. Why is this the perfect piece of wood? Why does a slightly different radius on a curve feel better? Why does the width affect the piece's ability to dance?
While asking these questions, you will be active in the process, the material selection, the design and the details--making it personal and giving it personality.
